Why do people hate plastic surgery?

"What are they thinking about? God created us this way and you should be thankful to God. ". That phrase always comes whenever someone discuss something about plastic surgery. At least on real life.

Do you agree that people who do plastic surgery should be condemned and be hated?

I won't talk about beliefs or religion and shit here, but I'll just give you some of my thought.

Philosophy Issue

People have been deceiving themselves from the start.

"What did you say? We have been deceiving ourselves? Even if we did, what does that have anything to do with plastic surgery? You are obviously idiot, OP!".

Am I? Please tell me more about how you create an image who's not yourself in front of others. Puts on some make-ups, cologne, act nice even if you don't like the person.

And you still don't realize you're not deceiving yourself? Stop being a hypocrite. I want people not to look down on me. So do you I guess. And so do people who do plastic surgery I guess.

"But, but, make-ups is temporary and plastic surgery is permanent. Make-ups is completely okay!"

The point is, you think god makes you that way, and you want to temporarily change yourself. Once more, stop being a hypocrite.

Health issue

"OP is a faggot. Plastic surgery can harm your health.. Moreover most of them looks creepy."

I'm no doctor but I do know that plastic surgery can cause a few health issue. Does that makes you hate them? I mean, a lot of people doesn't care that much to their health.
I hate people too. But not because of these reasons. It is stupid to hate people based on how they take care on their own health.

Confidence Issue

"Plastic surgery makes people obsessed with their outer appearance, not what's important"

You're kidding, right? Even without plastic surgery, people are already obsessed with how other people looks on them. And now you want to blame plastic surgery?

Moral Issue

Now this is what I don't get about you hypocrites. What do morals have anything to do with plastic surgery? People do plastic surgery to improve their appearance. What the fuck is wrong with that? People put on make-ups to look beautiful, what the fuck is wrong with that?

Admit it: you people prefer to hit on a more beautiful girls than an ugly one, right? Just be true to yourself. Yeah I know, surgery isn't gonna always be successful. Even if it succeeds, it doesn't guarantee them to be prettier. The same could be said to make-ups however

Money Issue

"The money spent for finding out newer/better surgery options could be used for important causes. For example, plastic surgery is a billion-dollar industry, if plastic surgery were not glorified so much, the billions spent could be used to find new cures for diseases, or for research. People should not worry about their pretty little faces more than new medicines that could help man live longer."

This is a seriously fucked up logic, man! I mean that's how science works! They even research how the world is really made up. Do you think we need that information? There are many research and invention that is not necessarily needed on society. You just escalated the topic about plastic surgery to a whole new level.

As if you use your own money to actually help sick peoples. Damn hypocrites!
